1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You can request a refund within 15 days of purchasing a course if you’re not satisfied for any reason. After this period, refunds will not be issued.
  • Refunds are available only for courses purchased directly on DigitalHere.net. Purchases made through third-party platforms or promotions are not eligible for refunds via this policy.
  • Downloadable content such as exams or tests are not refundable once accessed.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@digitalhere.net with your order number and details of the issue.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the refund request is approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refund Restrictions

  • If a significant portion of the course has been completed or accessed (more than 50%), your refund request may be denied.
  • Repeated refund requests for the same user may result in loss of eligibility for future refunds.

4. No Refunds for Downloaded Content

  • If you have already downloaded the course or any attached materials, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Courses that have been gifted or purchased using a discount or promotion may not be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms of the promotion.

5. Course Removal

  • In cases where a course is removed from the platform after your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days of its removal if you haven’t completed the course.

6. Course Updates

  • If a course you have purchased undergoes significant updates or modifications after purchase, these changes are made available to you at no extra cost. No refunds will be issued for updates to courses.

7. Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of refund policies, or if the user violates our Terms of Service.
